Hisham Elbadawy

Hisham El Badawy has amassed over 30 years of professional experience in Business Consultancy Service and HR Consultancy, with his expertise rooted in Strategic HR Management, Consultancy, People Assessment, Learning and Developing Strategies, and Business Development. El Badawy has contributed his extensive experience and know-how to countless organizations including: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EBI Bank, AIB Bank, Philips, DHL, Dubai Islamic Bank – UAE, LEO Pharmaceutical, Bank Audi, STC – Saudi Arabia, Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceutical – Turkey, Britannia – UK, Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé Waters, Coca-Cola, MI Bank, Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt and Credit Agricole Bank.

In 1995, El Badawy founded JOBMASTER Group Human Capital Solutions, a consultancy firm, based in Cairo and the United Arab Emirates.

His substantial work in people development over the course of over two decades has seen him assess more than 5,000 candidates and coach more than 100 profiles across multiple industries and various countries. El Badawy has delivered over 800 days of learning interventions, nationally and regionally, and has led the development of tools and methodologies of various HR end-to-end solutions aimed at increasing productivity, building skills and helping organizations manage change and improve quality. He is a staple keynote speaker in industry events throughout the world, with over 30 international HR summits and conferences under his belt.

Since 2014, El Badawy has been Non-Executive Director of RIVERWAVES Ltd., a consultancy firm based in Manchester, UK, in charge of the company’s MENA region expansion and growth. He has also been the Chairman of Signium GCC since 2015; a company specialized in executive search and corporate governance.

Hisham El Badawy is an active member of the IoD (Institute of Directors), UK, and BPS (British Physiological Society), UK. He is a CIPD Associate (Certified Institute of Personnel and Development), a SHL Certified Assessor and an accredited HR Instructor by the American University in Cairo. He holds a Master of Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School, UK, and a Master of Management Learning and Development from the Euro Arab Management School.
