Reports To: Head of Product
The Product Manager oversees the planning, execution, and success of FinTech and AI-driven products. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on product ownership, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful user solutions.
Focus: Product strategy, roadmap management, and stakeholder alignment.

What you will bring to the role:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in product management within FinTech, SaaS, or AI-based companies.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Productboard).
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analytics and user research tools.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
