Martine Ackad

Martine is the head of MarCom and Workplace Experience at Finaira, owning the full spectrum of brand, internal communications, employee and workplace experience, and organizational intelligence. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and human connection, translating business priorities into culture, and culture into measurable impact through elevated employee experience and authentic brand advocacy.

Martine brings over 15 years of progressive experience across communications, culture transformation, employee engagement, and marketing. She has a proven track record of building functions from the ground up, leading high-impact teams, and driving enterprise-wide transformation. Her expertise spans designing scalable engagement frameworks and orchestrating complex rebrand and transformation initiatives that strengthen both organizational identity and communication effectiveness.

Prior to Finaira, at pulse by solutions (formerly Giza Systems), she built the Corporate Culture and Communications function from the ground up defining its vision, assembling a multidisciplinary team, and executing a two-year strategy that increased employee NPS from 19.8 to 55.8 within a single year. She also co-led the company’s full rebrand, owning the internal transformation end-to-end and delivering a synchronized, multi-country launch across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kenya, engaging over 1,500 employees.

Earlier in her career, Martine spent over a decade at Dell Technologies, following Yahoo! Inc., building a strong cross-functional foundation across project management, business analysis, and employee engagement experience that continues to shape her integrated, business- and people-centric approach.

She holds a master’s degree in international Economic Diagnosis from Paris Dauphine University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cairo University, and is trilingual in Arabic, French, and English.

Outside of work, Martine is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures.
