Philip is a strategic operations director and people-focused leader with over 23 years of proven success in the ICT industry. He has led teams and businesses across multinational and local corporations, overseeing diverse functions including Professional Services, Technical Support, Customer Service Management, Customer Success, PMO, and Implementation. He served as the Site Lead for VMware Egypt and as a member of its Site Council for six years, and later led RSA Professional Services for the international domain.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Cairo University, along with a master’s degree and doctorate in Business Administration, with a focus on business ethics and the strategic offshoring and outsourcing of services to Egypt.
Philip is passionate about shaping compelling visions, missions, and strategies that drive both business success and customer excellence. He is widely recognized for building high-performing, synergistic teams, excelling in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, and cultivating future business leaders.
Throughout his career, Philip has launched leadership academies, career coaching, and mentoring programs that developed multiple generations of leaders. He has also spearheaded initiatives to optimize processes, foster customer-centric cultures, and establish new business units and standalone entities.
