Rabab Ghaly

Rabab Ghaly is a strategic facilities and workplace leader with more than 23 years of experience delivering integrated facilities management, workplace operations, and real estate strategy across Egypt, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. As Regional Facility Director, she led multi-country operations, workplace strategy, and capital projects, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization in mission-critical environments.

Throughout her career, Rabab has successfully delivered office relocations, fit-out projects, and workplace transformation initiatives with a strong focus on sustainability, health and safety, and employee experience. Prior to joining Finiara, she held leadership roles at RSA Security, CBRE supporting the Cisco Systems account and other multiple multinational accounts, as well as senior operational positions with Raya Holding and CIT Global.

Rabab holds a degree from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Al-Alsun, where she developed strong communication, organizational, and cross-cultural collaboration skills that have supported her success in multinational environments. She has also completed professional training in health and safety management “IOSH”, negotiation skills, and First Aid “certified by Red Crescent”, further strengthening her leadership capabilities in workplace operations and business continuity.

Rabab is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strong financial and vendor management expertise, and commitment to creating efficient, people-centric workplaces that support business growth and organizational culture.

Outside of work, Rabab loves spending time with her kids and family, attending music concerts and reading.
