Soha Abdel Rahman

Soha Abdelrahman is a recognized HR Executive and Business Partner currently serving as the VP, People and Culture at FinAira. With an impressive 32-year career, including 27 years dedicated to progressive Human Resources leadership across multiple global technology organizations, she drives strategic change through people-centric initiatives.

Soha is known for her pivotal role in scaling organizations and integrating teams during periods of high growth. She was a founding member of both the EMC² Regional Center of Excellence and Seal Software, where she architected the initial HR frameworks, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies. Her extensive HR background also includes impactful roles at leading companies like Hewlett Packard, Allianz, DocuSign, and ElSewedy Electric.

Her executive portfolio includes successfully navigating and leading multiple complex HR integration processes during major acquisitions, ensuring organizational stability and cultural alignment. She is a specialist in Organizational Development, Talent Strategy, and Compensation & Benefits, Soha has designed and implemented numerous corporate programs, including structured Leadership Programs for all management levels and Functional Academies. She is certified in Career Development and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
