Waleed Al Nahas

Waleed Al Nahas is a seasoned Corporate Management Executive and Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of global experience leading financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and enhancing shareholder value across Fortune 100 companies and multinational organizations. Recognized for influencing business direction and designing scalable financial structures, he has consistently strengthened corporate performance while guiding organizations through complex transformations, market expansions, and key financial turning points. His achievements include developing robust governance frameworks and leading high impact due diligence initiatives that support acquisitions, spin offs, and sustained investor confidence.

Throughout his career, Waleed has held pivotal C suite roles across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. Directing strategic planning, capital structuring, treasury, and multi market consolidation. He has held positions with leading organizations such as, Johnson & Johnson, ITWorx, and Etisalat Data Solutions, where he delivered significant revenue growth, operational efficiency, and successful mergers and exits. Earlier roles with BG Group and Ernst & Young provided a strong foundation in audit, financial controls, and multi industry corporate finance.

Known for his integrity, strategic foresight, and disciplined execution, Waleed continues to empower organizations to achieve sustainable growth, exceptional financial performance, and long term value creation.

He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Cairo University, is a Certified Public Accountant (Oregon State), a Certified Director from the Egyptian Institute of Directors, and a long standing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
