Youssef Issa is a Strategic Program Management Lead with over a decade of experience operating at the intersection of technology, talent, and enterprise strategy. At Finaira, he leads a portfolio of high-impact programs spanning Innovation, Delivery Excellence, Automation, and Talent Development, driving strategic priorities through disciplined execution and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Recognized for his ability to align people, technology, and strategy, Youssef brings a distinctive blend of analytical rigor and human-centered leadership. He partners closely with senior technical leaders to design future-ready programs, with a strong emphasis on AI and emerging technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating empowered, high-performing teams.
Prior to Finaira, Youssef served as Skills & Learning Manager at PwC’s Egypt Technology & Innovation Centre, where he defined and executed the organization’s learning and development and university engagement strategies. He established strategic academic partnerships and led enterprise-wide upskilling initiatives to strengthen capability building.
Earlier in his career, Youssef spent over five years at Dell Technologies’ Center of Excellence as University Relations Program Manager, where he built and scaled partnerships across the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and Turkey. He led innovation programs, including regional hackathons and competitions, and spearheaded initiatives to expand upskilling pathways for both undergraduates and working professionals.
Youssef holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University and has earned the CORe ”Credential of Readiness” from Harvard Business School Online, with a focus on Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting.
Outside of work, Youssef is a strong advocate for well-being, underscored by his certification as a Mental Health First Aider. He also enjoys travel, reading, music, cinema, and filmmaking.
