Reports To: Head of Engineering

The Technical Architect defines and oversees the technical architecture of enterprise-grade FinTech and AI platforms. This role ensures scalability, security, and system performance across all solutions and drives alignment with business and technology strategies.

Focus: System architecture, scalability, and solution governance.

What you will bring to the role:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 8+ years in software development, with 3+ in architectural design.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in microservices and API-based architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native design (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET ecosystems.
• Experience with architectural frameworks and UML modeling.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Clear communication and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborative, strategic, and customer-focused mindset.
