Reports To: Head of Delivery
The Agile Coach drives the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across teams and departments. This role mentors Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with Agile principles.
Focus: Coaching, transformation, and process maturity.

- Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners to strengthen delivery practices.
- Facilitate Agile workshops and maturity assessments.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish Agile frameworks and governance.
- Promote continuous improvement and team self-organization.
What you will bring to the role:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years in Agile coaching, with proven transformation experience.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile performance metrics.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
- Empathy, adaptability, and clear communication.
- Strategic mindset and ability to influence change.
