Reports To: Agile Delivery Manager

The Scrum Master facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes team impediments, and promotes an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role ensures that Agile principles are effectively implemented across development teams to deliver quality FinTech solutions.

Focus: Team facilitation, process optimization, and Agile culture.

The difference you will make:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach the team on Agile practices and continuous delivery.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder progress.
• Facilitate communication between product owners and developers.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and time-boxed events.
• Track team performance and suggest process improvements.

What you will bring to the role:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery pipelines.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Empathetic leadership and conflict management.
• Adaptable, transparent, and improvement-oriented mindset.
