Reports To: Test & Automation Manager

The Senior Testing Automation Engineer designs, implements, and leads automation testing frameworks for complex FinTech solutions. The role ensures quality, reliability, and efficiency in software delivery pipelines.

Focus: Test automation architecture and continuous improvement.

• Develop automated tests across web, mobile, and API layers.

What you will bring to the role:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong experience in scripting (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent documentation and communication.
• Mentorship and collaboration skills.
